Step 2: Pump yourself up. It’s scary to get silly around strangers, but that’s kind of the point.

Step 3: Don’t be “cool.” Skepticism will not help you nail an ad hoc song in a skit about feral cats.

Step 4: Learn to support and build on your peers’ ideas, no matter how weird. Teamwork!
